I wrote about this brilliant book in a feature on vegan hacks - making classic meat and dairy dishes from animal-product free foods, such as mac ‘n’ cheese, salmon and cream cheese bagels, and BLTs with banana peel bacon - which are delicious.
As I say in the piece, I really wouldn’t feel short-changed if I couldn’t cook from any other books all year.
