Sour, Mark Diacono


I wrote this feature on Sour by Mark Diacono in summer 2019 and I was still using and loving the book just as much by the end of the year. Making your own dairy products – ricotta, paneer, labneh etc – is so easy, and revelatory.

It’s currently out of stock (RRP £25) on Hive and Amazon and even Mark’s own website, but I see he was offering it at two prices, so as many people as possible could benefit from his wisdom. Love this. Expect to read much more on the power of gut health in the coming decade.
